Many organisations want to empower young people to have a voice, influence change and make meaningful contributions. But too often, young people don’t get the support they need in their roles, or they are involved in youth voice programmes that become tokenistic and extractive.
That is why we created Animo Rising. A rolling leadership programme designed specifically for youth voice groups, youth forums, youth advisory groups, young volunteers and young board members.
With Animo Rising, all young people working with you can access continuous leadership development, regardless of their background or experience level.
What to expect from our Young Leaders Programme
For Young Leaders
- Monthly online leadership workshops (live and recorded)
- 30 minute one-to-one coaching session to define leadership goals
- Monthly newsletter with details of upcoming workshops and useful resources that relate to the topic
- Access to an online resource library
For Organisations
- Dedicated support from a youth voice consultant to help you troubleshoot any issues with your youth voice project or young workforce
- Annual impact report to show how the leadership programme has impacted your young leaders
- Community building and networking opportunities across the Animo Rising Community
Upcoming young and emerging leaders workshops
Young leaders who subscribe to our leadership programme through their organisation or youth voice project will receive a monthly reminder with details of the upcoming workshop and relevant resources for the topic we’ll be exploring. Individuals who want to complete the programme outside of their organisation can sign up for the full 12-month programme or purchase individual workshop tickets on Eventbrite. Workshop tickets will be released on Eventbrite 3 months before each workshop date.
Fair and Transparent Pricing
We want this leadership programme to be accessible to all organisations, regardless of size, which is why we have developed a tiered pricing model for charities based on turnover. This price provides access to the full programme for up to 10 participants for one year. Additional places can be purchased on a pro-rated basis. Please contact us if you are looking for individual rather than group places.
