  • Access to additional resources and tools to support you in achieving that goal

All of this (and more) is set out in our coaching agreement so we are clear about expectations before we get started.

Whilst we recommend starting with a block of six coaching sessions for optimal results, we have worked with clients for one-off sessions and longer periods too.

We aim to offer the most competitive coaching we can to the sector we serve so we price our coaching on a sliding scale based on the turnover of your organisation. We are accredited coaches with experience working with senior leaders and this is one of our premium services and so may not be accessible for all. If you’d like some leadership support but this is out of your budget then please do still get in touch as we have a number of free workshops, resources and scholarship places available.
