As a new client you can book a discovery call, where we will hear more about what you’re looking for and we can start to share ideas and experiences of what’s worked well in the past for teams like yours.
From here, we’ll submit a full proposal for you to review, to check it is in line with your aspirations and your budget. Once you’ve given us the green light, we’ll send out a contract and get to work!
We build in two preparatory meetings for you to review our session plans and slides and where needed will hold briefing meetings for additional staff prior to your event.
On the day we will hold the space for all the leaders in the room, so you can be an active and equal participant.
We highly value feedback and learn and grow from it. At the end of your event we will create an online survey so everyone has the chance to share their experiences. This participant feedback, along with facilitator observations and all outputs from the day will be included in the evaluation report, so you can clearly measure the successes.
