Kate and Maria founded Animo in 2018, following their accreditation as coaches with the International Coaching Federation. Together, they bring over 35 years of leadership experience that underpins the depth and impact of Animo’s workshops and programs.
They have designed and delivered transformative initiatives, led high-performing teams, and shaped strategies that drive meaningful, lasting change.
Through Animo Leadership, Kate and Maria channel their shared purpose and passion as facilitators and accredited coaches. Their commitment is simple yet powerful: to help leaders and teams cultivate the courage, clarity, and confidence needed to thrive—and to create impact that endures.
